Service Description
Book an Exploration call with one of our coaches so they can learn how we can further assist you in making the correct choices for you and your goals. Whether you need assistance in lifestyle choices, nutrition, training routines, gut health, balancing your hormone profiles, or maybe it's just over health, our team is here to help however we can! That all starts with this consultation, and of course, the more information you share with our coaches the more they will be able to help you.
Cancellation Policy
We do not offer ANY refunds on our coaching services. You can reschedule your session time within 24 hours before your session start time. If you need to cancel a session with your coach you are required to give the coach a 24-hour notice in advance in order to not be marked as a "no show". If you are marked as a "no show" in our system more than 2 times you will no longer be able to book with us.
